Electrotherm was established in 1936 and since then provides thermal solutions to the Aerospace, Medical and Energy industries. Our main goal is meeting the needs of our customers. Since quality is an essential requirement for our customers it is most important to our business as well.

We strive to provide our customers with products and services which meet and even exceed their expectations.

Electrotherm equipment complies with the strictest internal and external standards that are constantly being examined in order to provide quality equipment and professional and immediate service.

We are committed to continuous improvement and in order to accomplish that a Quality Management System was established.  It provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance and includes the following procedures to support Electrotherm in its aims -  customer satisfaction and continuous self improvement:

2. Customer complaints procedure.
3. Training and development for our employees.
