Yair Weinberger

Yair Weinberger

Owner and President of Electrotherm Group

Mr. Weinberger strategically lead and positioned Electrotherm as; a leader in thermal process equipment for the aerospace industry; turnkey project provider; and innovator of customer added value solutions (for example the recycling project). In order to achieve these strategic goals, Mr. Weinberger invested in cooperation with other entities and companies with complementary technologies and capabilities Yair Weinberger establishes Electrotherm Marketing (trading company) in 1978. With the investment into an innovative nano particle technology, an additional filial company is joined to the Electrotherm Group.

Eitan Judah

Eitan Judah

CEO Electrotherm Group

Eitan Judah was appointed as CEO of Electrotherm group in September 2016. He began his career as an officer in the Israeli Navy. After the military service, Eitan joined the Israeli High-tech industry and held several domestic and international executive positions. Eitan has vast business and cultural experience in APAC as he was located in that region for 14 years He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Institute in Haifa Israel and a MBA from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Amir Weinberg

Amir Weinberg

CFO Electrotherm Group

Amir was appointed as Electrotherm Group's Chief Financial Officer in 2013. Prior to joining Electrotherm Group, Amir held a CFO position in Miffaley Etz Karmiel, a Global, industrial company, supplying products to the construction business, a subsidiary of Masonite international. In addition he served as Group financial Controller for Bateman Litwin, A multinational company which provides infrastructure, turnkey solutions for the energy industries which was listed for trading on London's AIM. Amir is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), earned a B.A. degree in Economics and accounting from Haifa University and his M.B.A. from the Tel Aviv University.

Jacob (Kobi) Fano

Jacob (Kobi) Fano

VP of Engineering & R&D, Electrotherm Industry

In 1995, Kobi joins Electrotherm Electrical and Metal Ltd, as chief technical officer. With more than 13 years with Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), Kobi has realized extensive designing and engineering experience in the development of military aerospace technology. In 2008, Kobi is appointed V.P. of marketing & sales. Kobi holds a B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel and his M.B.A. from the Tel Aviv University.

Tal Lahav

Tal Lahav

VP Marketing & Sales, Electrotherm Industry

Tal joined Electrotherm in 2006 after seven years in the semiconductor industry where he led the presales and service divisions for Nova Ltd. in France and Japan. During his tenure at Nova Ltd., Tal acquired engineering experience. Tal took part in practical engineering school at ZUR, a technical education entity of ISCAR. Tal earned a B.A. in business management from the Israeli Open University.

Sales Manager, Electrotherm Industry

Saggi was appointed as Sales Manager of Electrotherm Industry in 2004. Prior to his appointment, Saggi served as Key Account Project Manager of Electra Ltd. for eight years. His activities concentrated in the industrial building sector. Together with his engineering background, sales manager's position and extended experience as a project manager, Saggi also provides support to our filial company, Electrotherm Marketing (1978) Ltd. Saggi holds a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from Tel-Aviv University, Israel.

Saar Gluklich

Saar Gluklich

Service Manager, Electrotherm Industry

Saar began his career in Electrotherm Industry in 2001, right after graduating BSc degree in mechanical engineering from Technion - Israel institute of technology. He has served as Senior Engineer in Thermal and Vacuum Systems until he was appointed to Service Manager on 2008. In addition to his engineering degree from Technion Saar holds MBA degree in business management from Israeli Open University.
