 Management Team
  Electrotherm team has depth of experience in a wide number of fields including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics engineering, metallurgy, plastics, semi-conductor industry, sales and marketing, management, accounting, and communications. Their extensive experience in diverse markets enables them to bring a broad perspective to their work.


Yair Weinberger
Owner and President of Electrotherm Group

Mr. Weinberger strategically lead and positioned Electrotherm as; a leader in thermal process equipment for the aerospace industry; turnkey project provider; and innovator of customer added value solutions (for example the recycling project). In order to achieve these strategic goals, Mr. Weinberger invested in cooperation with other entities and companies with complementary technologies and capabilities

Yair Weinberger establishes Electrotherm Marketing (trading company) in 1978. With the investment into an innovative nano particle technology, an additional filial company is joined to the Electrotherm Group, Nanosol.
Adam Aizen
CEO Electrotherm Group

Adam Aizen began his career with the Israeli Navy Military Service in 1973. He advanced through a number of commanding positions and rose to the position of commanding officer of the Navy Shipyard until his retirement from the military service in 1999.

In 1999, Adam joined Electrotherm Electrical & Metal Products Ltd. In his capacity as CEO, he was instrumental in building the company's partner relationship infrastructure during the company's transition to Electrotherm Group.

Adam earned a B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from the Technion University in Israel, a M.Sc. Naval Engineering from Michigan University, USA and his M.A. Political Science from Haifa University, Israel.
Yoel Hoffmann
CFO Electrotherm Group

Yoel was appointed as Electrotherm Group's Chief Financial Officer in 2005. In his career, Yoel held Treasurer and Vice President of Finance positions for several industrial companies. Among his experience, he served for eleven years as Comptroller of Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd. of ICL group (TASE: ICL) Yoel earned a B.A. degree in Economics and Statistics and his M.B.A. from the Tel Aviv University.
Jacob (Kobi)Fano
Vice CEO and Vice President of Marketing & Sales, Electrotherm Industry

In 1995, Kobi joins Electrotherm Electrical and Metal Ltd, as chief technical officer. With more than 13 years with Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), Kobi has realized extensive designing and engineering experience in the development of military aerospace technology. In 2008, Kobi is appointed V.P. of marketing & sales.

Kobi holds a B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel and his M.B.A. from the Tel Aviv University.
Tal Lahav
Marketing Director, Electrotherm Industry

Tal joined Electrotherm in 2006 after seven years in the semiconductor industry where he led the presales and service divisions for Nova Ltd. in France and Japan. During his tenure at Nova Ltd., Tal acquired engineering experience.

Tal took part in practical engineering school at ZUR, a technical education entity of ISCAR.

Tal earned a B.A. in business management from the Israeli Open University.
Saggi Gati
Sales Manager, Electrotherm Industry

Saggi was appointed as Sales Manager of Electrotherm Industry in 2004. Prior to his appointment, Saggi served as Key Account Project Manager of Electra Ltd. for eight years. His activities concentrated in the industrial building sector.

Together with his engineering background, sales manager's position and extended experience as a project manager, Saggi also provides support to our filial company, Electrotherm Marketing (1978) Ltd.

Saggi holds a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from Tel-Aviv University, Israel.
