Service plans – Service plan is the best option to ensure your equipment uptime and quality. Choosing a service plan for your production plant allows you to select the frequency of maintenance visits, to tailor the scope of work needed and to include an emergency call out option. Our skilled technicians preform a complete check out of the furnace and replace aging parts and damaged parts based on a thorough preventive maintenance protocol.
One-time scheduled service – if you do not wish to set up a service plan, you may schedule a single visit for any purpose. Our Service technical coordinator will discuss with you the scop and propose a plan for the visit including parts that may be needed, time allocation and price. We are structured with our 15 technicians and sub-contractors to be at your plant within 72 hours.
Emergency service – when you face a sudden machine down and need immediate help, our emergency team are at your service. Available currently in Israel and Germany only, we can provide the service within 24 hours, ensuring your equipment will be up and running, allowing you to continue regular manufacturing.
